Pre Construction

Successful construction projects require appropriate planning. Rushing into a project does not mean it will finish sooner and often leads to problems and delays.  While pre-construction can sometimes be a significant expense, the benefit of collaboratively planning and sequencing a project on paper is cost effective for the entire project.  The level of pre-construction is project specific, sometime as simple as a few bulleted questions & conversations to get you a proposal & time frame, or it may involve collaborative value engineering with architects, designers & other specialists to move forwards with confidence. 

                                   

Construction Management

Communication remains our top priority throughout the construction process. We use Blue Beam, Revit, Sketchup to communicate visually. To maintain project documentation we use cloud based project management software. Information can be tailored to as much or as little information that you’d like to receive about your project.
It is standard for:
• A daily log with photos and a summary of that days’ work
• A progress update every Friday afternoon
• Bi-weekly primary schedule update
• Weekly or bi-weekly project meetings with all stakeholders​

 We stand behind our work with extended warranties & follow-up services to protect your asset. 

 We intend to be in this business for another 25 years at least.
